All Capstone participants require a TS/SCI with SI, TK, G and H accesses.

Clearances have to be fully adjudicated, not interim.

**NDU Security does not have access to Scattered Castles for clearance / SCI verification **  

If you are PCSing before your Capstone course starts, your departing command or on boarding command must send your VAR and maintain your TS/SCI accesses for the duration of your course dates.

HOW TO PASS YOUR CLEARANCE:

Home Station:  Send Visitor Access Request (VAR) to NDU SMO Code:  D J J N D U 2  (NDU/Capstone will forward the groups clearances to all required locations.)

Dates:  inclusive/complete dates of your Capstone course

Have a CE Letter?  Please ensure your SSO initiates the eAPP which will in turn populate any updated CE dates.  

If your clearance is not maintained in Defense Information System for Security (DISS) (typically USCG only):  your agency Security Officer and/or Agency Special Security Officer (SSO) will need to pass clearances separately. The preferred method is submission of a visit request by fax on agency letterhead to 202-685-3765.  The fax must include:  Full name, date of birth, place of birth, SSN, clearance level, agency that adjudicated the clearance, and agency that investigated the clearance.
