Personal check/cash/money order in the amount of $800.00, payable to “CAPSTONE”

(This check is an advance of your per diem to Capstone to pay for all/some meals and refreshments over the duration of the course. You will be provided an expense report of all charges at the conclusion of the course, and a draft travel voucher that indicates which meals were provide by the government - reducing your perdiem appropriately.)
