Personal check/cash/money order in the amount of $800.00, payable to “CAPSTONE”

(This check is an advance of your per diem to Capstone to pay for all some meals and refreshments over the course. You will be provided an expense report of all charges at the conclusion of the course, and a draft travel voucher that indicates which meals were provide by the government - reducing your perdiem appropriately.)
